Notice is hereby given that the Box Butte County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing in the Commissioner Room of the Courthouse in Alliance, Nebraska, the 18th day of March, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of such hearing shall be to grant or deny the proposed road to be abandon and/or vacated at the following legal description: commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 31, Township 24 North, Range 48 West of the 6th P.M. in Box Butte County and the Northwest corner of Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 48 West of the 6th P.M. in Box Butte County thence meandering South to a point approximately 1000 feet East of the Southeast corner of Section 31, Township 24 North, Range 48 West of the 6th P.M. and to a point approximately 1000 feet East of the Southwest corner of Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 48 West of the 6th P.M. in Box Butte County, all in Nebraska, also known as 3100 – 3000 CR62. All persons having interest in this matter shall appear at this time and voice their recommendations or objections, if any.

Notice is hereby given that the Box Butte County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing in the Commissioner Room of the Courthouse in Alliance, Nebraska, the 18th day of March, 2026 commencing immediately following the hearing on a petition to vacate CR 62, scheduled at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of such hearing shall be to grant or deny the proposed road to be abandon and/or vacated at the following legal description: commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 29, Township 24 North, Range 48 West of the 6th P.M. in Box Butte County and the Northwest corner of Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 48 West of the 6th P.M. in Box Butte County thence East approximately one mile to the Southeast corner of Section 29, Township 24 North, Range 48 West of the 6th P.M. and the Northeast corner of Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 48 West of the 6th P.M. in Box Butte County, all in Nebraska, also known as 6200 – 6100 Wayne Rd. All persons having interest in this matter shall appear at this time and voice their recommendations or objections, if any.
